Conditions of application:

• The purchase of the product must not have already been made.
•  It must be in Canadian dollars.
• It must be available within a reasonable time, for delivery in the same geographical area.
• The competitor’s price must not be more than 2 months old.
• The item must be available for sale and must not be a pre-order or only available in very limited quantities.
• This policy excludes final sales, closing sales, after-sale discounts, specific promotions (buy X and get Y, as well as gifts with purchase).
• The comparable product must offer exactly the same characteristics and be of the same format.
• This policy excludes all other costs such as transport, training or any consumables.

*In order to benefit from the price match, we must see the competition quote that was offered to the customer in order to compare.
We reserve the right to refuse to enforce the price match policy if the competitor’s item price is the result of a pricing error on the competitor’s part. The policy will not be applied if the information indicated in the competitor’s quote is incomplete (dates, models, characteristics, etc.)
